Very enjoyable experience.

The location was great. Everything was close at hand.

The staff were all so polite and made our stay enjoyable. Perhaps more options at breakfast.

A great hotel in beautiful surroundings and a perfect location.

We absolutely loved our stay here - location right on the beach and by all the shops and restaurants was perfect for us. The views were stunning. The facilities and activities were all great - we joined in with meditation and yoga which was lovely. Staff were super friendly and helpful, shout out to Bee-Lan who looked after us at every breakfast. Bedroom was big and clean, the bed and pillows were very comfy and we slept really well. We thought the bar overlooking the sea was really cool and enjoyed the fire shows every night. But our highlight was the amazing New Years Eve party which was amazingly well organised with delicious food and great entertainment. Whole family gave the hotel 10/10 and really hope to come back soon!

If I was being picky the bedrooms are a little tired and we were there at the height of the season so it would have been nice to have a few more sun loungers around the pool. But neither of these things in any way spoiled our stay.

Very conviently situated. The room we got was at the front pool and too noisy and they graciously moved us to another room which was fantastic. Staff were amazing. Massage ladies were so lovely. Lady on the tour information was so helpful and very sweet. We loved our stay all round and will definately come back

Good location, good SPA services, good in Overall.

Breakfast can be improved. The shower water is brownish in colour in my sons room.

very good hotel. Big rooms. Big property. Very helpful staff. Very good location. Its in the heart of the city but the rooms are very quiet and located very close to the sea. You get sea view from most of the rooms. Two swimming pools. The breakfast is good but no change in the menu. Almost the same food every day. The one big area of improvement is the wifi. The signals are strong but the wifi signal keeps getting interrupted or disconnected very often. Every time you change your location, the wifi will get disconnected. There is a very good gym and a yoga room with yoga mats next to it. The hotel is close to the busy marketplace where you can get anything and everything.
