Beautiful, private beach, view from bungalows, decor. Breakfast was delicious. Staff are wonderful. Extremity welcoming. They have thought of pretty much everything.

Food / drinks are considerably more than other high end restaurants / bars in koh samui. But quality and service is excellent.

Everything is wonderful! We have passed a fully relaxing vacation with Napasais welcoming & highly professional staff. Morning Yoga facing a stunning sea view before a tasteful breakfast. Relax time on the private beach. Taste nice cookings & drinks .. a best golf nearby, Pure refreshing moments at SPA .

A wonderful stay with a small hiccup

Very peaceful. Beautiful location. Gorgeous views. Very relaxing.

Nothing. We had a slight issue with spa bookings, which as a sensitive person I found a little upsetting; as the hotel thought wed missed our appointment but we hadnt booked for that day. Most of the team handled it really well but one member of staff was quite stern about it, which was upsetting as we hadnt done anything wrong. I expect more from such a prestigious company.

Absolutely amazing, one of the best hotels Ive stayed in in Thailand.

The villa was very nice, the layout was very cozy and comfortable, great views. The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic, very helpful and would constantly go above and beyond to make sure we had a good time.

The beds were meant for people shorter than 6 feet, not bad but can be updated to be more comfortable for taller guests.
