Amazing location, a little out of the way of the main strip but suited me as nice and peaceful and a quick 15 min walk to the redolent centre

Property is good but reception staff are very rude

The location and the greenery around resort cottages.

Mosquitos and AC which was not maintained well. Hotel reception was very rude. Even though I called them in advance to check out. They didnt sent staff to shift my luggage. I had to drag it though I was not well. After reaching reception she again made me wait there for 10 minutes to send staff to check the room and then she said okay to leave though I told my taxi is waiting outside for airport make it fast. The payment was advance made.

Below expectations, outdated & low value for money.

Spacious room with nice bathroom. Staff was friendly. Free shuttle to Ao Nang Beach was helpful throughout our stay.

Facilities felt dingy & outdated (eg. old patio furniture around pool). Pools were small and covered by trees - meaning no sun and constantly dirty.

Very good

This was our third time at Deevana (first two at Deevana Plaza). Krabi Resort is much quieter than the Plaza, which has many very loud Indian guests. Unfortunately covid has left its footprint here, many repairs will be needed. But the staff could not have done more to make us forget it, and made us having an amazing time in Thailand. So I hope that as many guests as possible will arrive so they can recover as soon as possible.

Due to post covid issues, breakfast is in the Plaza (the Krabi Resort restaurant is closed) so the breakfast is very crowded.
