Very good

Worth the price for family friendly apartment.

The spacious room and bed for even 5 adult inside.

Only a bit far from the city and didn't have any view outside the apartment .

Very good

It was very spacious, clean and equipped with kitchen amenities that you can use. The location was strategic where you can easily look for food. If you wish to stay a bit far from city, go here.

I wish the staff can be convenient upon our arrival as i had arrived much earlier then what i expected but the staff insisted that i can only checked in accordingly to what i had informed earlier as per our conversation through email. The rest was ok. Definitely would come again in future.

I like that when we actually arrive early than the check in time bcause i actually forgot the check in time and the staff work on our room immediately even we said that we will wait and the staff let us check in early..im so grateful for that after a long drive.

If you guys provide the small refrigerator.much better.so our drinks n chocolate will be cold and froze

Super clean hotel, very good water (hot and cold) dispenser machines, parking area also clean and neatly arranged.

The room lighting could be a little brighter. It is a little too dim and hard to see when unpacking. Other than that, it is perfect.

Bad Hotel Ask Customer To Count Every Single Items in the Hotel Room Before Check In.

Good location at centre of Kota Kinabalu.

3rd time stay in here but dissapointed with the last stay. Customer become House Keeping. The hotel ask to check the list of items inside the hotel one by one. We are travel to work and exhausted. During check out said we lost the 1 fork, after confirm again, they said wrongly count. Need an improvement in serving customer as most come to relax and refresh and not to attend this kind of situation.

Simple room for short stay

Hotel is easy to find with ample of parking. Spacious room & strong wifi. Water dispenser at lobby, can refill water & hot water too. Hot shower is great. Air conditioner cold enough, the room is not.

Sound proofing is poor. Bed quite hard. Pillow too thin, which isn't an actual pillow, very not comfy. Only one pillow for each person, extra pay for extra pillow. Just don't know why got ants in the toilet. For first time I found that Walk-in price is cheaper than reserve online, sad.
