Great place

Location is great, easy access to various metro stations/subway. Staff very friendly and helpful and facilities were very clean.

The rooms are small, specially if you are staying with your older children, 4 in one double bed room.

Location

No breakfast. Considering on arrival we were told we were being given double upgrade both room and en-suite bathroom were pretty basic - or by todays interpretation minimalist ?? Stayed in far better for less!

The hotel itself is nice, and the service was excellent. I appreciate the complimentary water daily.

However, I observed a lack of thorough cleaning in my room, with a coffee stain on the table persisting for the entire duration of my stay. Furthermore, it seemed that the entire room was not vacuumed throughout my visit. Additionally, the absence of card access for the elevator raises concerns about guest safety, which I value highly. Moreover, the surrounding area has deteriorated, making the street seem sketchy and unsettling. Due to these issues, I've decided not to stay again in the future.

Poor

This is not a 5 star hotel.

Nothing special. Staff is not very friendly, they all act like they dont want to be there and are shocked when you ask for something. The toilet in my room had pee in it when I checked in.
