Disappointing

Exceptionel, but noisy in some rooms

The hotel has a fresh and new interior. All amenities are present. The m2 you get is exceptional. The lobby is spacious and of high quality. The location is peaceful and nearby the airport.

Two major disappointments: one was the room noise level. We got a room next to the external airco unit. During the whole night, vibration and noise was felt and heard clearly, around 35 dB which is above the WHO norm. This ruined an otherwise 5 star experience. The other was the pillow, which we found horrible. But this may be a personal matter.

The apartment is good, but some rooms has smoking smells. They must do something to remove the smell of smoke in some ro

The location of the apartment is excellent and the breakfast was very delicious

The room had a smell of smoke and we requested to change the room and it was changed, but there was a less smell of smoke in the another room as well. And there were some burns in the carpet because of smoking in the room. I do not recommend it for people who suffer from allergies and do not want the smell of smoke.

Passable

Good place but small room

- Reception staff are excellent. - clean room. - fast elevators' response. - good breakfast. - The location is very good. - somewhat flexible on checkout.

- very small room, tight spaces. - Water pressure in the shower is very low. - The bed wasn't comfortable and bumpy in some areas. - The view from the window is nothing but walls. - lighting in the bathroom is soo dim (not good for shaving).
