Review 1: The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with a great view. The staff was welcoming and wished me a happy birthday. There were plenty of nearby activities and restaurants. However, parking was difficult and there was no handicapped accessible parking. The rooms were not very accessible either. The hotel was located close to the Duke Energy Center and had several restaurants nearby. Review 3: The hotel had a great location in the heart of downtown. The rooms were eclectic and had personality. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The AC and hot water worked well.
