The restaurant staff were polite and the ro (Read More)om service was impeccable. The spa treatments were exceptional and the hotel manager even sent a birthday cake and card. The hotel itself is beautiful, conveniently located in the center with shuttle services to the Hermitage. The spa and Michelangelo restaurant were highly recommended. Overall, guests had a wonderful experience and would visit again.
