Hotel Volga 2 is a no-frills budget hotel that surprised guests with its cleanliness and lack of odor despite its initial appearance. The location may be deceiving, but the hotel offers good value fo (Read More)r the money. The breakfast is decent, but there are plenty of dining options on the busy street. The only drawback is that the hotel is located on the third floor with no elevator.
