- Upon your arrival at Srinagar Airport/Railway Station, our representative/driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel or houseboat.

personal reasons, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the tour. - In case of any complaints related to services such as hotels, houseboats, transportation, or others,
passengers are advised to inform us immediately at so that the issue can be resolved on the
spot. - No complaints or refund requests will been tertained after the completion of the tour.

- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official message to be considered valid. Cancellations or
amendments made verbally or through third-party communication will not be accepted. - If you wish to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply based on the number of days before your scheduled arrival date
- Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: 20% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation made between 20 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation made between 10 and 19 days before arrival: 70% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation made less than 10 days before arrival: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
