I booked a package through Zamorin Holidays for Six nights (Ex-Delhi). Overall experience is good however my comments are:
A. Positive :
1. They are ethical and deliver what they commit.
2. They ar (Read More)e very reasonable.
3. Mr. Ravi takes care for the total package and gives personal attention.
4. They suggest good hotels based on your requirement.
5. Cab is very good and cab driver is very professional and maintain the cab very neat and clean.
B. Improvement points:
1. They are not good planners. They have to understand client requirement and suggest then package accordingly.
2. Package is not about bookings for hotel etc. but tour in total.
3. The cab driver is not well aware of local site seeing etc. and you have to manage the itinerary as per your wit.
I will definitely recommend them for bookings.
