THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY
Trip to Maldives
I have travelled with waytodestinations twice.Those were the worst trips I ever had. Waytodestination only concentrates on the way to fool us and take our money. I warn everyone planning their vacatio (Read More)n with waytodestination. We planned a coorg trip with waytodetination. They promised to give premium king bed room in Aurika,Coorg. They also asked money to book flights to and from bangalore to kochi and taxi to and from bangalore airport to coorg. Once I have done the payment, I started to face the real colour of waytodestination. They said the premium king bedroom was no longer available and they would book deluxe room instead. I asked for refund. They said they could not do that. Finally I agreed to deluxe room. Then they told that the price for deluxe room is same to premium room. In every booking sites, deluxe room was way cheaper than premium room. I lost my money. Then he said taxi services would cost more because driver would come one hour early in the airport and wait for us. Once we reached the airport, no driver was there. We waited for more than one hour in the airport. The day before return, we had a call from the agency that no drivers would be available the next day due to dusshera and asked us to cancel the trip.So we were forced to cancel the flight tickets too as we were not sure whether we would reach there on time. Then waytodestination told that we would not get any money back from the airlines. He gave just one fourth of the money we paid for the taxi as he said taxi service from airport to coorg is double the rate than coorg to airport. Moreover we were stuck there. We took a taxi on our own from coorg to cochin. For 3 day coorg trip we spent more than 1 lakh. We had a similar experience earlier with Maldives too. Waytodestination agreed to provide the cheapest room rate any date from june 15 to july 15.So I paid the total amount. When I confirmed the dates, they said that the room rates rised and finally i was forced to pay more than ome lakh extra. Since I am a social influencer, they also forced me to give a good review. But then they repeated the same with me in coorg. I request all to give the worst review to waytodestination and share this among your friends so that no one gets fooled again.
