Not a Trustworthy Tour Operator
What's Not Good: I am not saying that they are bad but definitely they are not good. My trip (01/05/2025 to 06/05/2025) is a Customized Trip agreed (in writing) with Mr. Amir much in advance an (Read More)d paid the advance amount also. Unfortunately Mr. Amir didn't check the possibilities of the agreed customized trip or he didn't plan in advance or be prepared for the darshans etc. agreed in the customized trip. He is more interested in taking the advance and rest is at GOD's grace. Mr. Bablu who is the assistant of Mr. Amir and my tour guide for the 6 days will keep on argue on the already agreed (in writing) items in the customized trip. For example, Mr. Amir had agreed in writing for providing the hotel room in Prayagraj whereas Mr. Bablu had made me stand on the road along with my family and he was keep on arguing. Whenever Mr. Bablu argues with me, Mr. Amir doesn't answer the calls. This is a mutual agreement between Mr. Amir and Mr. Bablu. Finally after long argument, they had provided the room. Many items agreed in the customized trip are not honoured by Mr. Amir - Varanasi Excursion. For example: Private Boat for Ganga Aarti, Kunkumarchana at Lordess Annapurna Devi Temple, Laghu Rudrabhishekam (11 shastris), Special Pooja at Ram Lalla Sanctum etc. Until they take advance money, they will say that they will honour everything as committed but after going there, the true colours comes out. I have all the evidences/screenshots which supports my comments. Adding to the above, Mr. Bablu will always try to loot you. He will always the take the pundit or boat operator 100 metres away from you and discuss with them for 15 minutes and tell them how much money to be demanded as dakshin etc. For example, in Prayagraj, along with Pundit and Boat to Triveni Sangam, the maximum price is Rs. 2,000/- whereas through Mr. Bablu, I had endup in paying Rs. 5,000/-. After the ritual, Mr. Bablu made us stay 100 metres away for 45 minutes in the hot sun and he was keep on discussing with pundit and boat guy for his commission. He made me pay Rs. 5,000/- na! Actually, Pundit + Boat charges are part of the package but Varanasi Excursion + Mr. Bablu instead of they paying the money, made me pay high dakshin and made money/commission also out of the dakshin. So, double profit for them. In my opinion, Varanasi Excursion is not a trustworthy tour operator.

The overall experience is great. Before going on the trip, we are bit worried because we are travelling with our grand mother (84 yrs) . But during the tour we never felt any bit of discomfort or wor (Read More)ried as our driver(Bablu) took care of everything and helped my grand mother at all the places. Apart from that, the tour is very well organised. We had an amazing experience. A big thankyou to the organisers of this trip.
Everyone was very polite, cooperative and knowledgeable. He makes us comfortable with the travelling. Thank you again. Hope to see you again..... I will definitely recommend this
Unpleasant experience with Driver Bablu and unsafe car driving was done by driver bablu.
Good experience with Amir. He is professional and arranged, helped with almost all queries effectively. During (Read More) the tour itself I compliant to Amir about the unsafe driving and unprofessional behavior by Bablu and he told me he will arrange a new Driver somehow the new driver was not arranged.
Some of incident I want to share during the tour with Bablu.
1. He used a slang language once while driving in the city.
2. He slightly hit the Horse with the Car on the highway when the speed of the car is very slow.
3. He once removed his hand from the steering to eat Gutka in Highway. 4. When he dropped us when our tour ends, his attitude was like he has done a favour to us.
5. He honks consistently in the city.
I won't recommend Varanasi Excursion if the driver assigned to you is unprofessional and his driving is unsafe.
From initial smiling airport pick up to all the local guides, driver and hotels has been incredible, entertaining and just Varanasi Excursion things done without any problem. I absolutely loved this t (Read More)our and would recommend it. The itinerary is very well designed good combination of monument visit, off beat experiences, meeting locals and some free time. It was my birthday on the tour they went extra mile to make it special. I will highly recommend visit to the local family for dinner with Arvinder. It was my best experience connecting with locals and get to know their culture and lifestyle. They made me feel welcomed and at home.

Great pilgrimage! Beautiful people! This is a unique opportunity to visit the sacred Buddhist sites in India and Nepal. I feel I gained knowledge, friendships, and a love and respect for India and it (Read More)s beautiful, friendly, smiling people. Everything we could possibly think of was attended to from the start. Kasif was patient & accountable to my each & every questions ( i had a lot ). In general, not all experiences can be better, more experienced, but humble guides that allowed us to own our premises and provide a useful structure for the group to meet and deepen our everyday experience by supplementing the temples, the Tibetan museum and more. Thank you so much for turning my dream come true for my visit to India for this particular Buddhist trip.
Tour was very neatly organised. Driver babloo was very helpful and we were able to cover all the nearby places. Rooms allotted to us were very very good and complimentary breakfast was delicious at th (Read More)e hotel. Most importantly it was worth it. We had taken Golden Triangle Excursion With Wildlife Safari, it was all a never forgetting experience wi the you guys. Hotel & Vehicle selected by Varanasi Excursion were fantastic, we were pleased by (Read More) location of every hotels in all places. Staff & hotels were very friendly & professional at each different destination we were greeted with different representative for our assistance & to ensure we are happy with the services or not. These things i like very much about the serving quality & reliability, it made us enjoying the fullest as we know that there is someone to whom we can trust contact in any problems. Guide at each places were speaking very nice english & answerable to our every questions. Resort / Bungalow were awesome in Ranthambore surrounded by the natural wildlife. Watching a real tiger in the safari made our trip never forgettable in lifetime. Over all it was best experience travelling with you guys. Thanks all you served us.
