Sunal Nugyal is a fraud. Please do not book through this company. All there office address is fake. We sent our person at Lajpat Nagar there was no office. Even the account we transferred money is closed where he is absconding with our 2.6 lakh rupee. He left us stranded in New York. He did not make booking and took full money.
The company is not an appropriate company , especially the guy named Sunal , He will promise you everything and then just vanish with your money ,
He wont reply calls after he has the money nor you will get your vouchers or tickets
He had made all the wrong reservations for us and only told us last minute about that , we were left helpless without any options in a different country ,
He has a (Read More)bout 1.5L of my money and has ghosted me ever since
I would recommend not booking with this fraud company or sunal
He will even mess up your visas as he outsources it to different people

DO NOT book any package with them , especially agent Sunal Jha. He has vanished with almost 1 Lakh Rupees! We were a Group of 8 who went to Turkey, and our hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia got cance (Read More)lled and the money was refunded to Sunal's wallet, but Sunal has not yet refunded the money to us. Almost 1 Lakh Rupees he is holding. We have been following up with him for weeks now and he has stopped responding to our messages and is ignoring our calls. He makes up colorful excuses all the time (that he's at the hospital, that bank is closed, that he'll do it once he reaches office.. etc etc), and keeps lying and still hasn't returned our money.
We've been following up with him everyday and have not yet received our 1L back from TravelOTunes. Overall very bad experience. Do NOT book anything with them.
My Friends have been posting reviews on google, and the agency is posting obviously 5-star reviews to keep the rating up in order to fool everyone.
They also copy paste nice chat GPT replies to all these 1 star reviews with updates to fool people. Advice to not engage with the business.
Everything you arranged went to plan. We were so happy with the service and our experience. We will definitely be booking through you again.
