The experience was not at all good. Services provided were unsatisfactory. Did not provide the service as per selected package. Stay provided was not at all good, they have assured for 2star room, whe (Read More)re they provided normal rooms for stay. We wasted half a day due to transportation issues, the AC did not work for the car provided and then the next car stopped functioning thrice in the same day leading to a delay of 5-6hrs .
Dear reader some points that have attract me I think should be share with you. I have travelled along with my family few months ago with shirgul travel. we had several days packages with them. I had (Read More)choose them after seeing the positive review on google.but it was my worst experience ever. The beauty of nature was awesome but the behaviour and the accommodation was worst. They ruined our trip. I want to share my experience with you as no one like me are by them. If you noticed then you will find all the positive feed back has been given by their staff, driver and management persons. You can have also identified some of them who was with you during the tour. I have noticed another thing that if any one of traveller share their experience and given them negative review then the owner i.e chaman Thakur threaten them to withdrawn the comment otherwise they will take legal action. So beware of them. They are fraud. Most of positive review given on their sight are false. We should complain about them to the police .
We were a total of 8 adults and 2 children. The trip was organised extremely well by Mrs.Bharti. We appreciate her assistance throughout the trip.

Shirgul travel is the best tour operator. I have booked package for Spiti and Mr. Chaman Lal, the owner is very very supportive. In every step he was ready to make your journey wonderful. During my tour at Tabo i got the news that my Grand father was in ICU and immediately Mr Chaman lal dropped me at Chandigarh within 2 days(12 hrs drive per day). I really thankful to Mr. Chaman lal and Raju Bhai.
