DO NOT GET ANYTHING BOOKED THROUGH THEM
I would have given 0 star if I'd option. These people are big cheaters. Earlier they were working with Travel Triangle as a partner & we booked the package through them. When we paid the amount to TT, (Read More) they withdrew the services from there. When i spoke to their executive Rahul (VARANASI) he told me that we can directly book through them & TT will refund our money. We paid 15k (token amount) to them & earlier we paid 19 k to TT.
Because of Coronavirus we had to cancel the trip. We got full refund of flights. However, these guys who say they are a DMC, have booked the Hotels through Agoda & GoIbibo. We directly wrote to Hotels. As per them, the amount has already been refunded. One Hotel has refunded the full amount in their account & the second has refunded half amount. It's been more than a month they have not given us our refund. I don't want anybody to face the same issue which we faced that's the reason i have put this review. They are fake.
DO NOT GET ANYTHING BOOKED THROUGH THEM ELSE THEY WILL STOP PICKING UP YOUR CALLS AND IF THE GUY (RAHUL) WHO IS BASED OUT OF THAILAND PICKS THEN HE WILL MISBEHAVE. HE DOES NOT EVEN HAVE MANNERS/ETIQUETTE TO TALK TO A GIRL.
HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A COMPANY IN MY LIFE.
BEWARE OF THESE GUYS.
Trip to Thailand
This was the worst experience one can have in a leisure trip.
The owner Mr Rahul Khatana has no sense of talking to a female. He on his own attitude challenges you as you are away form your home and (Read More)at his mercy. On requesting he straight forwards states, "do what ever you wish to do".

Travel itinerary changed as per their comfort
Flights changed as to earn more profit

Direct flight changed to lay over to make more money
