I didnt knw about this travel Agent before, just knw after my hotel booking is done. So i just take the package tour only from this travel agency. Was nice, the tour driver was so friendly and helpfu (Read More)l and the staff Who responsible on gving info by chat also always response our chat and question very quickly with nice conversation. Also have big patient to me when offer me the tourism place, coz i am picky and difficult person

We, a family of five Person from Delhi , Booked Sri Lanka Package for 6N/7D from sihan ( Tour Executive ) of Serendib roots. we are more than satisfied in all respect , weather it is tour cost or t (Read More)our details, or Hotel selection , or Our Driver Ruhan . Every thing is perfect to our satisfaction level . In fact , we all are pure vegetarian , was a big issue for us before the start the start of tour. But Mr. sihan and All Six Hotels really care for us & even tried more vegetarian dishes for us. really thank full to all. All hotel properties were good except one at Nuwara ellya . Driver Ruhan is very punctual and very safe driver . I have already started recommending Sri lanka tour to my near and dear one and of course Serendib Roots
