Sekap Travels are the most trusted and go to agency for all my Travel Tickets. Sana Joshi has been amazing and guided me through hundreds of different options to meet my travel needs. I have been working with Sana for the past 2 months trying to lock down my tickets, and even after numerous changes from my side, Sana would always help me and go above and beyond to find the best fare for me. Booking tickets with them is fine but they do not have any control when You have to make changes.
They also make mistakes in Entering information in ticket creates lots is problems for traveller.

I have long story to tell but I think other people have explained enough.
I have followed up for 6 months for these guys almost everyday for my booking which was confirmed in April and got the tickets in November with different destinations which we have decided to got around our hassle.
I would not give single star.

It has been more than one year since our ticket was cancelled due to covid restrictions and i am trying to get the refund for it. This agency is blaming the airlines but according to the airline the r (Read More)efund must have been provided if it has been requested by the agent. The worst thing is they dont even follow up with them. And airlines can not help you since it is booked by agent. Can someone who really cares about this business contact me here. As i am not receiving any sort of support and the last option i am left with is the ACCC. Please respond to the email we have sent.
