Disappointed with how our Phi Phi Island tour turned out. We were promised multiple sightseeing spots (Maya Bay, Viking Cave, Coral Bay), but none were covered. We just went to Phi Phi Don for lunch and returned. The agent (Diksha, Roam Anchor via TravelTriangle) admitted the mistake but refused a refund. Also misled us that islands were closed, which wasn’t true. Not a professional experience
