We had a great time in Bhutan thanks to Mr. Ramesh. He provided us with a very good package and service. The hotel rooms and and his personal service and assistance in everything was top notch. His e (Read More)agerness to go that extra mile in making sure we had a pleasant stay was extremely refreshing. We also had a great personal interaction with him during our entire trip. Hotels provided were good and the car was also comfortable (Tuscan). Mr. Penjor was our guide and he is an awesome guy. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The real meaning of customer satisfaction is being carefully practiced by Ramesh and his team. Whether it is the places to visit, the stays in different cities, the intercity travel, food or anything, the boys are on their toes to make you comfortable every time. I was impressed to know that Ramesh even personally checked the rooms which were supposed to be booked for us. That's a personal level of caring he practices.
The best moment was when Ramesh personally came to meet us both at one of the restaurants and that too with sweet gifts for both of us. A heart touching gesture indeed!
