The business was started after observing over a period of time and understanding that we normally opt for the package offered by OTA’S or we plan our own trip with limited information’s, this at times leads to disappointment of missing the best places which could have been explored, hence we decided to address this need in our region through our Startups with THE NAME – MYSTIQUE TOURS & TRAVELS.
Our vision is not just to sell package, but firstly educate about the destinations they are planning to visit and customize their holidays to suit their preferences and Budget. Talking about the reach, for now we are just operating in our hills but soon will expand our services in remaining Seven Sisters.

Trip to Darjeeling, Gangtok
Mistique organised a beautiful trip for us in Darjeeling and surroundings. Riwaj Loksum who is the handing executive for Mistique in this trip . He made very compact plan for this 4 day trip for us . (Read More)The car that provided for us was in excellent condition and driven by a fabulous guy Adarsh Gurung . His attitude made our trip more comfortable and enjoying.
Mistique arranged hotel Mohit for accomodation. It is a good budget hotel located at accessible location from Mall , chawk bazar and other market place . Only , little inconvenience was their Service . It should have been improved .
A special mention for Riwaj :
He is a gem of a guy . During the trip , we lost one of our bag where a DSLR camera and some other important documents were there in Mirik . RIWAJ took the responsibility on his own to come up to Mirik all the way from Siliguri and recovered the lost bag . And , he personally came to handover the same in NJP station to handover it .
We are so thankful to him and his team .
warmest regards to Riwaj from our end . We shall choose Mistique further if we plan to visit again in that area .

For most of my friends who visited Darjeeling for the first time, this definitely has become the most eye-opening, adventurous, and stunning journey of their life - something they will remember, draw upon, and cherish for many years to come. The itinerary was carefully thought through and well balanced. The trip represented great travel for the cost. Our booking was easy, the pre-information packet was timely and thorough. Interim questions were handled promptly and thoroughly, including going out of their way to help us with some hard to get reservations.Everything worked like clockwork.
