The business was started after observing over a period of time and understanding that we normally opt for the package offered by OTA’S or we plan our own trip with limited information’s, this at times leads to disappointment of missing the best places which could have been explored, hence we decided to address this need in our region through our Startups with THE NAME – MYSTIQUE TOURS & TRAVELS. Our vision is not just to sell package, but firstly educate about the destinations they are planning to visit and customize their holidays to suit their preferences and Budget. For most of my friends who visited Darjeeling for the first time, this definitely has become the most eye-opening, adventurous, and stunning journey of their life - something they will remember, draw upon, and cherish for many years to come. The itinerary was carefully thought through and well balanced. The trip represented great travel for the cost. Our booking was easy, the pre-information packet was timely and thorough. Interim questions were handled promptly and thoroughly, including going out of their way to help us with some hard to get reservations.Everything worked like clockwork. However, it was the genius of the itinerary, coupled with our passionate professional, Mr Abishek Chettri , that put this trip into the A plus category. We definitely will be back!
