worst ever tour
We planned Spiti Valley trip with this tour operator and experience very bad ever.
No advanced booking done at any hotels and not paid any amount in advance. Each and every hotel we wait for check ou (Read More)t and also check-in.
Taxi Driver was very good person in every kind and that person has helped in every situation.
Tour operator has not knowledge of whether condition even after Meteorological Alert for whether condition in himachal pradesh and told us to make further trip even after road was closed.
We have cancelled further our tour for whether condition but this tour operator don't know about this and we have booked another hotel at our own even after payment of whole package.
Nobody is responsible for anything and they always said wait for 10 min and not rewarded any time.
Nobody is responsible for where are you? Where u stayed for night ? For totally new area for us.
Don't planned such kind of tour. Totally time waste operator.
Never book tour with this operator.
Very Bad Experience with Make My Memories

My experience with Make My Memories was utterly disappointing on multiple fronts. Firstly, their hotel booking process was a complete disaster, resulting in a subpar accommodation experience.
Second (Read More)ly, their communication with tourists was shockingly unprofessional and rude, with dismissive responses and a lack of empathy towards concerns. Adding insult to injury, their staff exhibited outright misbehavior towards tourists and even escalated the situation by mistreating both the hotel manager and cab driver during attempts to resolve the issues.
Such appalling conduct reflects poorly on Make My Memories and undermines trust in their services.
Avoid this company if you value respectful and hassle-free travel experiences.

you guys trick people you pretend a false identity and talking to the customer if they refuse you come up and start blaming the customer for wasting time when you guys don't have money to operate who (Read More)asked you to purchase the detail and waste the customer's time no professionalism nothing, 2 employees of your had talked rudely and behaved unprofessionally and lost a dignity of behaving with the customer while one has faked his identity and i am 100 percent sure that your one of the agent has leaked my number or something because the other employee has conversed to me on WhatsApp and said all rubbish stuff and deleted the texts

Trip to Nainital
It was pleasant journey with no inconvenience.
We planned 8day trip of Uttrakhand which was nicely managed by Himani Retula. Who managed our stay at every place in very good hotels also she is avail (Read More)able all time and responding very quickly. The cab driver Paramveer was very cooperative and humble. He is very skilled and professional driver for routes of hilly areas.
I would further prefer to book holiday tours with MMM.
Again a big Thanks to Himani to make our Journey memorable.

Trip to Nainital, Ranikhet, Almora, Kausani
Last week completed Mussouri, Kasauni, Nainital trip for 6 days.which had agreed cost of 70k including Innova car, hotel stays.
When landed at Dehradun airport, Dsire was waiting which can't even fit (Read More) our luggages as we were 4. MMM then arranged ertiga but we lost precious 2 hours of visit to hrishikesh etc.
Later they started demanding another 7k for ertiga and also inflated price in hotel at Nainital. Entire nainital I was asked to hire local taxi which was not mentioned earlier.
Thier modus operandi is to trap customer on first' day and continue to harass throughout travel, we will end up with only bad memories.

Food was good and hotel was average. Ishani and Sachin were very helpfull. They met us in Shimla and gave a overall view of Shimla. Both of them were amazing to be accompanied.

Sherwani hilltop nainital
I had a stay at Sherwani hilltop Nainital from 25.11.23 to 27.11.23 in a superior room. My daughter had booked a anniversary package for me and my wife it was a great experience. We had an awesome can (Read More)dle dinner with a delicious food and services given by the staff. Nursery café and ambiance was so beautiful I have no words. Staff specifically mr kamal was so cooperative and helping he served us with a smile and with full of heart. Live music at evening was also so nice performing by mr virendra. Overall I had a great time over there. thanks Himani jee for organising such a beautiful stay from make my memories company side..thinksto you and your company

This is just a random company, mostly like a middle men …
1. No control no vehicle booked what we booked and what was sent has no match , we had to adjust
2. Hotels were told luxury category , bu (Read More)t they were just average
3. All hotels i had to pay ? No invoice were provided till date
4 these guys have a good understanding with DLS group so they will book only them
5. All tolls and parking included in package but the driver will insist to pay every penny from us ..
6. Next time will spend slightly more but will not risk to travel or book these kind of un professional travel cos.. good lesson

The cab driver Mr Preet was very cooperative and humble. He is very skilled and professional driver for routes of hilly areas.I would further prefer to book holiday tours with Make My Memories.

Hotels provided was good. Your agents are also good. But your transportation or cab facility is worst. Its not proper drivers are not well behaved. Drivers are so sarcastic i cant even think of it. My (Read More) complete experience turned into a nightmare on the last day after complete payment was done. On middle of highway 200km from Delhi these drivers telling to go in different vehicle in which we cant adjust. They took money for innova and mid way will force to shift you to ertiga. Pov their innova doesnt have permit to enter delhi as they are older than 10years. And to hind this near kurukshetra they did drama for 1hr saying vehicles are down cant go. Amd surprising fact whete the vehicle stopped then and there 2 different vehicles were already waiting for us. What a coincidence.

First and foremost I would like to thank Miss Himani through whom I booked my travel to Shimla, Manali, Kullu, Amritsar and Chandigarh. The prices were affordable and within our budget. I liked the ho (Read More)tels like,Hotel Aplin Holden in Shimla and Hotel, Sayee Residency in Chandigarh. They were extremely good and we enjoyed our stay over there. Tourist places like Attal Tunnel, Solang Valley, Rohtang Pass, Golden Temple, Jalianwala bagh, Sukhna Lake, Rock Garden etc., We couldn't go horse riding due to our age, but enjoyed Yak Ride. Once again I would like to thank ' Make my memories travels ' for their honesty and sincerity in making our trip a grand success.

Awesome trip
Our trip to Himachal was organised by Yachika which included Manali, dharamshala and Amritsar visit and one day trek and stay in tent in dharamshala.
Hotel rooms in Manali, dharamshala and Amritsar (Read More) were good.
Travel. arrangements made by her were good and comfortable.
Overall experience was very good.

Mr, Jain we are sorry that you found difficulties during the Trip. Whereas the truth is totally opposite. When we crosscheck with our sales team (Miss Himani) we got to know that all hotels were chose (Read More)n by guests only & Company hadn't selected any hotel for them. Guest selected property on goggles and suggest we book the same. During the whole trip, there was no complaint with the transporter. And more importantly, the Guests were 3 couples and had arguments during the trip. Even Mr.Jan did not even enjoy the trip with another member. Most of the time you preferred to stay in a hotel. The guest posted this feedback during the trip only due to his Personal issues.
During the whole trip, we deal with Mr, Harshit Sah. And he was a very supportive person. The whole conversation was done by Mr, Harsit Only. We never talk to any other person in this group.
