I was for 7 days in Hanoi. I have done the Hanoi City Tour, Ha Long Bay Day Cruise and 2 Days Sapa.
I would recommend this travel organisation to all of you because I have enjoyed the trips so much. W (Read More)ith Vietnamese and English talking guide. The cruise crew and the Sapa people are so nice and acting on a high customer service level. The breakfast and lunch are full of food! The beautiful view of Ha Long Bay limestones. 2 Days Sapa to visit Cat Cat village, the H'Mong people. I also did the cable car to Fansipan Funworld, high in the sky. Visiting Sapa center with a lot of restaurants and shops. With full meal plan.

My encounter with LVP Travel, which I had the misfortune of booking through TourRadar, was a highly exasperating experience. From poor communication, a confusing cancellation policy, inadequate terms (Read More)and conditions to sheer unresponsiveness, they lacked every aspect of professional ethics. Their ambiguous terms and conditions were laughably unclear and caused unnecessary hassle. Furthermore, their cancellation policies are by far the most non-transparent I've come across, fully designed to pocket the customer's money with an absolute disregard for fair practice. Their complete abdication of responsibility compelled me to cancel the tour and question their credibility. It's regrettably a reminder for all travellers to rigorously scrutinize tour operators before entrusting them with your hard-earned money and priceless holiday experiences.
