Thank you for everything....Specially to Mr. Deepak for every effort he made..We had gone to Lachen & Lachung while coming back from Lachung we got stuck in the middle of the Road due to Land slide. B (Read More)ut driver Lalit who took care of us very well he arranged home stay....Last day from Gangtok to Airport we asked driver to place the vehicle early morning by 06:00 am so to catch the flight around 11:50 pm. Now the problem started he came late by 1:30 hrs. due to land slide, we started around 07:45 am and we missed our flight towards Mumbai for which we spent another flight tickets Rs. 34000 for 4 Adults (approx).We explained to Mr. DK Tamang (owner) and he said he will see the matter. Now we lost all our hope to get refund. But to our surprise, today only I have received full refund from Lungba Travels....So Thank you for for service....Mr. Tamang did what he promised...But still please brief your driver they should be on time specially on Airport drop.

Trip to Darjeeling and gangtok
My trip started on a very hectic note as the train from Kolkata to NJP got late by 7 to 8 hrs. However after reaching we were taken care fully by Mr. Deepak and Ms. Nisha. Our trip went as per the pla (Read More)n. NAthula pass was awesome ...but very hectic..hotels management to be told to check rooms properly as guests come from outside and they are tired.. Drivers to be kept same wherever possible and asked to be polite.Perfect place and perfect travels to go in summer..
Sikkim 8days- fantastic experience
Travelled to Sikkim for 8days covering complete state. It was wonderful experience. Lungba travels helped me with local travel and hotel bookings. Hotels were good , clean and hygiene to my surprise i (Read More)t was complete veg hotels. the vehicles provided by the travels were of very good condition and drivers were experienced to drive in those valleys. I recommend lungba for bookings..

It was a wonderful experience with Lungba travels the entire tour was an extra ordinary experience for me and my spouse.
Special thanks to Mr Deepak Sinha who helped me throughout my tour and help (Read More)me in customising my tour as per my requirement, the hotel provided for stay was also very good and located into the heart of the Darjeeling City chowrasta was walking distance from my hotel which is also known as Mall road which is the favourite destination for shopping.
Sandeep the name of my driver who took us to the different location of Darjeeling he was also very friendly and helpful in nature. The food was also excellent provided by the hotel.
The entire tour was a memorable tour for me and my wife.

Mr Vishal Arora is from Travel Triangle and there was some confusion for Gangtok half day sightseeing (Read More) as per the itinerary shared Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday & govt. Holidays), Do-Drul Chorten, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom (Closed on Sunday & Govt. Holidays), Flower Show to be covered within the city and proceed towards Darjeeling but due to Sunday 2 points were closed so we had arranged alternative points ie: Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok, Tashi View point and Inchey Monastery.
Guest requested for Banjhakri Water Falls but Banjhakri water falls never mentioned in the itinerary and that too outskirt of the Gangtok city this was the main issue...but we are sorry to say that driver will never cover this point without any extra payment if not mentioned in the itinerary so driver said only Banjhakri Water Falls will be covered in half day sightseeing.

Trip to Darjeeling, Gangtok, Lachung, Lachen
Lungba had arranged 7 nights and 8 days trip for us (family of 4). The trip included pick up from Bagdogra, Gangtok, North Sikkim and Darjeeling. They delivered as per the promises. The hotels and veh (Read More)icle provided to us was as agreed. In short, we do not have any big complaints. We would recommend their services. They are approachable and would ensure that you have a good trip.
They ensured that we have comfortable vehicle, all the permits were done on time. The drivers were local and knew the route very well.
The attention to details was missing during the trip because of which i am not giving a 5 star, for example, the itinerary said "meet at greet" at airport, but there was none to receive us at the Airport. This is not a big item for me to complains, but again for a 5 star rating I would expect that you will create a wow factor. The driver was waiting for us in the parking areas of the airport, so it was okay. There were few more small incidents which could have been avoided with little more detail planning and follow up.
Holiday with Friends
It was an amazing experience - we 5 friends took break from our daily busy office life and plan to adventure the SIKKIM- GANGTOK- DARJEELING.

Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling Tour
Overall a satisfying and enjoyable trip.
Confusion created by poor communication from the Pempa Travels during pick up from Bagdogra airport were evenly tackled by Mr Sanjeev & Mr Deepak and were av (Read More)ailable continuously for needed help.
Hotels provided were really good and food in particular was excellent at White Yak, Darjeeling.
Vehicles provided were good and drivers were cooperative and cordial.
Constant monitoring through whatsapp messages were being maintained between me and Mr Sanjeev throughout the tour period and even till I reached back Mumbai.

Trip was good. All the places which were mentioned were covered but the package was a bit costly. Hotels provided were good except for the one in Gangtok. Overall the experience was nice.
