Well well if you are traveling to a very new place your are very comfortable and unconfident to move around. Here Mr.Ayas and his team have handled everything so perfectly that you feel like home. Ka (Read More)shmir the very beautiful place is very easily explore with the help of Mr.Ayas and team. Everything from hotel to visiting the places where all manage so well. No wasting of time . And our driver/tour guide he was so helpful, he give us the best advice. We had the best of our time here Even though it was a short trip. Make sure to booked your traveling through lalwani tours. We had such an amazing time in Kashmir in September. As a group of 23 people we never had any difficulty there to get to the places we wished to (some times off the lines of our fixed schedule)...

First of all would like to apologize to the Ayaz for doing this so late. This was pending with me for two months but could not do so due to certain issues. Here are my thoughts about the over tour.
I (Read More)would like to say if you are planning for Kashmir Trip, then you can't miss Lalwani Tour and Travels. I had a wonderful experience which crossed all my expectations.
Professionality : Their Cabs are neat,equipped with heaters and all drivers are very polite. They will pick you up from Airport and will take you as per your agreed package.
Hotels: Lalwani group will always provide you the best hotels of Srinagar. We were there in Hotel Pine Spring and the facilities were good. Same goes to Gulmarg as well (Hotel Royal Park)
Hospitality : Perhaps this is the biggest thing as most of the travel agencies will not do what they did to us. After the tour end, our flight got cancelled twice in three days. We got stuck in
Srinagar. At that time, Lalwani travels did not corner themselves (they could...as per the booking) and immediately made CAB and Hotel arrangements for us in that difficult situation.
We even did not had to call them since as soon as they knew about the flight status, they immediately sent the Cab and hotel arrangement for us. We did not even had to say it once.
I can tell no other Tour agency would extend the help like that since when you are in a different state. I am very much thankful to them for all they did.
So anyone who read this review can simply approach Lalwani Tours and Travels and plan the trip. Please note they honor their words which is someting you won;t find with any other tour agency. There are no hidden costs.
I wish them all the best and would approach them again if i replan my trip to Kashmir. Cheers. :)
