This is a fake Safari operator, he took booking amount from us(10 prople) for Ranthambore when the park was already closed and flooded and is now not returning the complete money. This is the way he deals 1) At the time of booking they will say that full amount will be refunded in case of safari getting cancelled due to rain. 2) There is no term & conditions published on his google site or busines (Read More)s. 4) Only after the money is deducted they will send the terms & condition. 5)They never sent us the safari tickets till the last day and then said that the safari is cancelled and returned only 75% money stating it is company

"I am writing to share my negative experience with Jungle Safari India, through whom I booked a Tadoba jungle safari online. I encountered several issues with their services.
Firstly, I was charged an additional amount beyond the initial booking price. Upon contacting the company, an employee attributed this to an error on their part, initially misrepresenting the situation as an issue with a g (Read More)overnment website. The final amount I paid for the jungle safari pass was ₹13150, significantly higher than the stated ₹7000.
Secondly, despite specifically requesting and paying extra for a Moharli gate pass, I was provided with a Mamala gate pass instead. This discrepancy further contributed to my dissatisfaction.
Based on my experience and the claim that others have faced similar issues, I would advise caution when considering Jungle Safari India for booking jungle safaris.

We had booked the three (3) safaris in the month of October 2024 for 21st/22nd March 2025. They have booked all the buffer zone (zone-6 ,7 and 10) where it was very rare for siting. Everybody (Safari driver and guide) was surprised why the travel agent didn't book core zone (zone 1 to 5) as it was booked well in advance. Be careful while booking
Never get into the trap. They will call you multiple times . They will provide you third class hotel for stay. Even dhramshala's rooms are better.
Always book your safari from official website. Ini (Read More)tially they will tell you that we are official. But they are not.
Firstly a lady called Divya called me for bookings. I asked her if they were agents. Her reply was,'no no ma'am. We are a government body.' that's why I went ahead with the bookings. I booked 3 ticket (Read More)s for zone 10 on 3rd May evening and 3 tickets for zone 3 on 4th morning quite in advance. Come the day of safari, their co ordinator sushil Chauhan did not bother to send any details until 2.58pm for the 3 o clock safari and we were sent to zone 3. Next day too same thing repeated and we were again sent so zone 3. I bought this divyas notice who cooked up stories and said she can't do anything. Please note i had also called her in advance to know if the safari can be cancelled or changed since my child was unwell
she said it can't be done where as the ticket says otherwise. And then suddenly they sent us to 2 same zones stating the canter did not go to zone 10 while other canters did. Sushil said canters are not allowed in zone 10 at all which again was a lie.so in short they looted me of 7.5k approx. And none of them apologiesed or accepted their mistake. I have the tickets as well as the call recordings since day 1 for proof. Please do not trust these people.
