Hello Sir, It was very disheartning to see such review from ur side. According to your conversation with our executive, you were very satified with the hotels and the serveices. The only issue was of ur visit to Solang Valley which the driver refused to go just coz of heavy snowfall. It would have been much appreciated if u would have given us a balanced review. This Guy Roshan has booked a package of Rs.26,000/- and has paid Rs.1000/- as token amount. On sending the hotel vouchers, there is procedure of getting atleast 40% of the total package amount from the guest for sending an advance to hotels and cab arranged, he started indulging us into an unecessary arguments, abused us and threaten us for legal actions. His date of arrival is on 13th Dec 2019 and he has reviewed on 04th Sept 2019 without taking any of our service which itself is a hillarious thing. Rgds Team Holiday Yaari

Dear Mrs.Priya, Opting a package, that to negotiating hard and then expecting a services of premium category is already a joke. Everything has a rate and every one has his pocket. You were given the same thing which was in your budget and pocket. So just blaming a company and arguing un-necessarily cant be entertained every time. Better ask for the things which you want exactly that too which should be in your budget. Suggestion: Have some more money if you require something more. Nothing is free here.

Well this client detail isnt in our record, but seems like he is the same persons who was willing to do the final settlement after reaching his home location Gurgaon. Finding this guy suspicious we denied to do the same as we found that he is not willing to the payment. He has asked for the same before his deal with the company but we refused the same at that time also. Finding our package attractive and budget friendly, he close the deal but again when he was on his trip, started abusing drivers and pointing out unnecessary things just to escape paying the full amount. He just wants to defame a company who value their customers.

This is incorrect that u have never been entertained in ur problems. We were always there for a solution and we kept on asking the driver to get ur itinerary covered. But there is a basic behaviour with everyone. Everyone has a self respect and that too is with the driver also. U n ur son kept on abusing the driver. U were very harsh during ur travel with him. He has been hired to make u travel. We havent sent a servant with u.There always a route in an itinerary and the driver follows the same. U kept on asking the driver to roam here n there on the same route which he refused. Because going on the same route again n again require fuel. So he didn't entertained but still tried to cover your points. At least u should have written a balanced review instead of removing ur anger here coz we were always handling ur calls.
