Rooms provided were very bad and dirty in shimla. The driver was also not co-operative as he refuse to take us to our said spot which was only 1 km away. Sandeep negi was also not co-operative at all. (Read More) It was very disappointed tour of my. Highland holidays made my tour a disaster.
They made my anniversary trip a nightmare for me and my wife. On 17th April when we were supposed to start our journey from the Hotel in manali to manikaran, we were shocked to know that i have pay 15 (Read More)00 extra for manikaran, whereas it was already mentioned in my itinerary. when i did send my itinerary to Mr. Sandeep Negi, he realized his mistake of charging me 1500 but without apologizing he told me that i should pay the 1500 for Atal tunnel which i visited on 16th April. Now, the simple reason for all this nonsense activity was that the driver was not informed about the itinerary. He charged the travel agent and they charged me. My car was stopped in between because of this. I had to call the local himachal police and explained them the entire scenario, they spoke to Sandeep Negi and did settle the matter by not letting me pay 1500. However, this greedy man had the audacity to call his driver on the morning of 18th April when we were supposed to go back to chandigarh, and told him to collect 1500. Then I again had to call the policeman and the matter was settled at 700. Sandeep Negi is a bluffmaster and honestly, i would recommend not to choose Highland Holidays for your vacation.

The accommodation was Excellent at Manali but not much better in Kasol.
