The trip was good except for lack of time management due to which we could not visit all places as planned in the trip. Otherwise it was on the whole a pleasant, memorable one.

Your Tour was a little bit hard one to manage with the limited n (Read More)umber of days you have and everything else that needed to be covered. Next time add some more days. So you will have the relaxations that you need. Since you guys were energetic and you that was not a problem at all.

Many thanks to Hi Ceylon agency who arrange us beautiful 17 days through Sri Lanka in March 2019. The first contact was on the internet where I informed the agent about bought flight tickets (correct (Read More)dates and time from Zagreb to Colombo) and some of the main attractions that my husband and I want to see. Recording on that information, the agency sends as a detailed travel plan with suggested accommodation. We had a few little changes and after an approved travel plan, they arranged all the hotels for us and all activities.
Great and fast communication and so pleasant corporations with Hi Ceylon!

Warm welcome, co-operative driver, but pretty average selection of hotels. Car can be better. Rating 5.5/10

Thank you for taking time to give us a review. I as the owner of this company know in and out about your Tour to Sri Lanka I personally contacted you, the place you are Staying and (Read More) our Driver to check whether everything was ok.
Once i See this Review and Rating I really got disappointed for all what we have done to make your tour Better. But i will point out some things that i cannot agree on.
1. Budget - You had the minimum budget for your 9 Day tour in Sri Lanka and we had to use Home Stays and Budget Hotels to plan your tour. Though Your preference was 3 Star Hotels since you had a lowest Budget you agreed to stay in HomeStays and Budget hotels all your stays were booked after getting approval from you one by one.
Your only concern in Stays were A/C , Wifi , Clean Rooms. We think we have met that requirement since we didn't got any complains from you once i asked you when you are in hotel.
2. Car - Since we use Mini Cars for Budget Tours, The Car we used for your tour was a Honda Shuttle and it is in good Condition till now. After your Tour till the date it has been used for like 5 Tours we got no complain about the vehicle from any guests who used it. I don't know how can the car been better than the comfortability when travelling.
3. Comparison - Road System in UAE is different from Indian road System and in Sri Lanka it is totally different.
