I would like to share my experirnce on this platform regarding Evergreen Travel Company (Mr. Joicy)
Earlier I have taken their service in Kerala package as well as Ooty-Kodaicanal package.

We have visited Nainital-Almora-Ranikhet-Kasauni-Corbett-Masoorie-Haridwar
The whole package was customized by Mr. Joicy for our special need. We were 3 families.
Nature of Mr. Joicy is very calm and supportive. He fulfils all the requirements whatever he can provide. He responds quickly whenever u try to connect.
Selection of Hotels also awesome. We have been given best 3 star accommodation during our stay.
At Binsar we have been allotted Suman resort, which is upto the mark and best resort during our stay.

My Experience of vacations booked through Evergreen Travel is very bad.
They are unprofessional and are least bother about the customers after booking is done.
We had booked tour for Mysore, Oot (Read More)y, Coorg in May 2018, hotel provided at Ooty was not as per commitment, hotel at Coorg was not informed about our booking.
We had to wait for 3 hours in night to get the rooms.
The staff from Evergreen Mr. George didn't took pains for vacations, he never enquired about stay and other facilities at the hotel.
Even after complaints for hotels, he simply gave vague excuses and ignored our issues.
Similar experience we had in our Last tour at Kerala booked from Evergreen Travels, that time also we had faced similar problems.
Even the Tempo Traveller driver provided was not cooperative and was arrogant.
Do not book your vacations from Evergreen Travels

I ll rate 4 out of 5 bcous d driver dnt stop at d spot which was on package he ever dnt undstnd hindi english also.he just getting as quickly as to hotel to check in so his duty get off. When ever we (Read More)say he just stop near jeep and say sir off road sence u should hired a jeep, but couldn't make his effort to take at spot
At thekkady he take us late, due to him we miss last motor ride he even dnt know d time of d park
At allepy boat driver take us ride on d river after 5.30 he stop at place and say to go to beach bcous 3 hour to dinner when i call d driver to take us he even not responsing fone call i have to make rikshaw to beach.d boat is full of mosquitoes due to d dirty river ganda nala I should call it useless waste of money
If u r vegee then its difficult to have good food
All hotel was good at munnar,thekkady,kovalam but never stop at boat useless
All staff are good no probem at all
Operator should also unaware of spot to take tourists.
Beaches r awesome spot at munnar r also good. Operator should provide a good driver which know all time, spot every things bcous tourists come with excitement about tour but if he provide a unkown driver about spot then it totally waste of money n tour also

According to your itinerary the driver brought you to each and every destination but those places have entrance fees under Govt. but you are not ready to pay that. The same issues was happened with you in Rajamala (Eravikulam national park) & Thekkady motor ride, travel agencies are not suppose to do anything in that we clearly mentioned in our itinerary.
In our side we have given you maximum service instead of Indica we upgrade the vehicle to sedan in free cost
we never compel any guest to travel the entire trip with same driver we are ready to change driver whenever you feel discomfort with them, During the 7 days trip you never complained about language problem of driver bcz he know Language very well your diver was Mr.Tijo(09961477626) I think you have some misunderstanding with him
In Thekkady and Munnar Optinal activities like Jeep Safari,Trekking etc you have to choose Jeep bcz that is on off road car is not Permitted there.
After check in the house boat vehicle is not available during the day bcz you are in cruise.

2. We had requested for a tour guide and Evergreen had said the driver would (Read More) be the guide himself but to our suprise the driver himself did not knew the places.
3. The places were not shown as per the iternary. Tea Mesume which should be an important sight seeing Evergreen did not knew it was closed on Monday and we missed it.
4. Evergreen did not had a courtesy to call up once during the trip and ask us how the trip was going. We used to call them everyday as we were facing problem in our trip.
5. There was strike that was suppose to happen and evergreen did not informed us regarding the same. We came to know from. The driver and after informing them they never came back with a solution and they informed us the solution when we continously called them.
6. Houseboat was not the one which was shown to us in the pick. It was pathetic dirty full of lizards ants and Cockroches. Toilet was dirty and when we contcted them they said it the same houseboat and we had to send them the pic and iternary details for the same.
7. There was some arrangements in the houseboat like welcome drink cake and candle light dinner which did not even happen.
Both Jinto and the Owner Joicy are pathetic people who donot know how yo give customer service to their customer and after bringing to their notice these things which they had mentioned in their iternary they completely refused. Their Company Evergreen Tour's are cheaters and the most pathetic people I have come across. I regret my decision going with them and would never suggest anyone to these tupe of cheaters and crooks and also would request you guys not to recommend them to anyone.

I have booked first time with Evergreen and was amazingly satisfied with the experience. I must say the Evergreen is a very good company which had taken care of all my requirements well. All the hotel (Read More)s were good, Driver was very supportive and helpful. And also, the driver didn't ask any money from us which is very common scenario. They have also offered us good customization in package.
The best part is that Evergreen did all this at a very less cost compared to bigger players in this Industry.
