Trip to Himachal
We recently completed our family trip of 8days to Himachal (Delhi-Shimla-Manali-Delhi) organized by classic Expedia. It was a very nice experience. Cab and accomodation were amazing. Overall the trip (Read More)cost us a decent amount.

Incredible Spiti valley trip
It was an excellent experience trip to Baga Sarahan, and Spiti valley. Special thanks to classic expeditions. This was my first personal tour by this travel company. Fully satisfied with hotels and food facility. Pick up driver Mr ranbeer Singh dogra gave all good information about places very politely. Last (Read More)day he coverd Manali to Delhi distance like a rocket. Miss Neha Thakur gently solved all our queries from start to end .Due to miss Neha Thakurs initial good step for our trip was possible to me to enjoy in Achal of great snow. Very very thanks all classic expeditions team members .

We travelled from Bangalore and as this was our first time visit to north India and not very thorough with our Hindi conversing skills, we were a little finicky in choosing a travel agent. However, when we contacted "Classic Expeditions" and their agent Anamika. We were pretty happy with all her explanations, what won our confidence in them is the way they proved their mantle by sharing their certificates and all the related approval documents from the government.
Anamika, helped us with all the requirements and explained to us the itinerary in detail. Once we landed in Delhi we were provided with a good car and equally a good driver who was a committed professional. He collected the itinerary and made sure he took us to all the places mentioned in the itinerary.
Once reaching Shimla we met with Ishan Sharma a colleague of Anamika, who was there to hear from us the experience we had in Shimla for 2 days and then recommended us to leave early so that we can enjoy the white water rafting at Kullu and then proceed to Manali.
In all our trip for all the 6 days was fun filled amazing and marvelous for all the days we stayed in Himachal.
Thank you very much Anamika, Ishan and not to forget our car pilot Dansingh Thakur. Himachal is amazing, people are amazing, they live to the expectation and do not try to exploit tourists as in other places I have visited.

Completely failed to understand the clients requirement. Dirty non cleaned low rated rooms booked through either OYO, Goibibo or MMT. Really Spoiled Our Holidays. One of the Worst Tour, We Ever Had in Our Entire Life.
Worst experience.. would not recommend them to avail services.
we missed many places. Worst part was drivers were very rude and they were simply avoiding to go places. We missed lot of places as drivers were avoiding to go giving various reasons.
The worst behavior of driver ... Shouting and using bad words and saying acidic comments against us and not stopping in hotel where we want to have the food he was stopping in the hotel where he wants to have the foods from the day start we have not enjoyed our tour he was driving for his own satisfaction not for the customer satisfaction.
I recommended all my dear friends and families to not trust classic expeditions india Pvt Ltd ..not book any package tour this company ....thank you ..
Comfortable stay
Hi everyone, we had booked a week long holiday with classic expeditions and would it was comfortable stay. Especially our driver Amit was a cordial man who was at our service anytime. Punctual and pat (Read More)ient. The hotels booked were good enough and I appreciate Mr Sandeep's immediate action in changing the hotel at Dharmshala which we didn't like. Altogether it was a good tour.
Trip to Spiti Valley
I have been wanting to visit Spiti valley from a very long time. Finally, I was able to make plans for it last September. It happened in the last minute and i was travelling solo. Based on my places o (Read More)f interests and budget, Classic Expeditions provided me a really good option. The route for the trip was Shimla-Chanchal-Sangla-Chitkul-Kalpa-Tabo-Dhankar-Kaza-Hikkim-Kommik-Langza-Kaza-Chandratal-Manali. The trip was in Innova with other members. Due to my unavailability at the start of the trip, they managed to plug me in from Rampur going towards Sangla. The trip was organized very nicely. The best thing that i liked was that in case of any issue owing to landslide/road damage etc, they were able to find an alternative place for stay and made necessary arrangements without any additional cost. Due to bad rainfall in Manali, the road to it was broken and we were dropped all the way back to Shimla. The driver was truly amazing, really good with wheels and had vast knowledge of all the places/restaurants and almost everything! All the accommodations were good, some better than others. Everyone i talked to from the company were simply wonderful!

Let me share you my honest opinion of our Tour.
This is one of the most disappointing Tour we ever had. Team Classic Expedition has miserably failed to understand the req (Read More)uirement of us. We appointed Tour Agent to make our journey more comfortable as they have better ideas about the places and hotels but I am sorry to say that your team is absolutely failed in it.
As per your advice and long discussions with your Coordinator Dipali, you offered us Golden Package with 3 star hotel but I am sorry to say that none of the hotels are coming in even 2 star or 1 star category, its just a roadside guest house kind of hotels which you booked just for the sake of making money. If your golden package is like this then I really wonder which kind of hotels are you offering in Silver Package??
We do agree that your Coordinator Dipali might have not understood our requirement or in your words our TASTE but After meeting you personally in Shimla and sharing all our feedbacks also we were unable to find any kind of improvements in the further Tour which you promised to take care.
In fact Hotel Selctions became really worst in Manali,( which u changed on our strong disapproval) Dharamshala and Dalehousie.We stopped taking food in Hotels due to the quality of Food being offered. During our meeting at Shimla we specifically told you that we will prefer to have hotels out of town or in less crowded place but nothing has Improved. We specifically requested for a Nice balcony with view during our very first booking but really surprised to see the room in Dalhousie without even a Window now this is really height of your pathetic services
We are not writing this review just to trouble you, as Being in Business, we also know the importance of bad reviews online but want you to certainly focus on customer satisfaction instead of wrong commitments during the booking.
We advice others to reconfirm the hotel details specially Types of ROOMS and LOCATIONS before booking package with Classic Expedition.
Best way is to book the cab from Delhi to Delhi or Chandigarh to Delhi booking Hotels at your Own as per your choice.
Feeling Really Disappointed with the Agency as it has really spoiled our holidays. We regret to tell you that you have really lost a long term Customer.
