I contacted Shubham through a reference. He responds to calls and provides prompt answers to all queries.
Our itinerary was well curated.
We had asked for a driver who could also be a tour guide, we (Read More) did not get that.
Three hotels address and contact was not shared beforehand, we had to take the trouble of making calls and seek details. Because, it was not shared to the driver, we used the internet to help him navigate. But, Shubham was available and responding to calls.
As a tourist, if I'm availing travel agent services, I expect that I do not have to take any trouble and just enjoy the vacation. But, had to do a bit of work.
The hotel in Guwahati, Ransu Residency, was not hygienic. They had not cleaned the room or the toilet, and gave us dirty room.
From arrival to departure it was worth money what we spent.
The hotel and the staff were so humble. Hotel hospitality was exceptional. Even the driver who guided us and took us to the places which wer (Read More)e in eternity was so humble and kind.
Overall the trip was fun packed.

The only suggestion is
1. Please find some alternative places in the case where we can't go to the listed places.
I booked my Meghalaya tour with Ask Adventure. It was really nice experience. All the hotels were very good. Smooth check in and provided with all the facilities. We had a family vacation to Sikkim arranged by Ask Adventure Tours in November 2022. Visited Pelling, Gangtok, Lachung & Darjeeling. We had excellent time and arrangements were also very well done. H (Read More)otel and staff were fully vaccinated and taking proper care for social distancing.
Car arranged was also good, clean and driver was very experienced & courteous. Will definitely recommend to near and dear ones.

Response is very good and helped us immediately when ever there was problem. Mr.Ashish was there at every step. But planning should have made a little better. All in all an good experience.
