Dear Chetna ma’am, Date of travel: 29 Jan 2024 Duration: 04 Night / 05 Days Destination : Kerala When you started your journey from cochin towards Munnar, Due to motion sickness your kids started vomit, as per the request our driver even has stop running AC. Driver has asked you to stop somewhere due to vomit issue, but you denied continue the tour. Due to vomit in car, argument with driver has been start. Still driver has co-operated and continued the trip towards Munnar. Note - Driver changes in the mid of road is not possible (as Munnar is a hill station having totally forest area). About the balance payment, firstly we would like to tell you that we are serving in hospitality & service industry and strongly believe in “Atithi Devo Bhava”. So here we would like to correct you our team Subhash / Swati didn’t threaten you they requested you for the balance payment. You package cost – Rs. 25000, for which you have paid Rs. 10000 advance Balance Rs. 15000 should be clear on arrival (as per the policy against which you have booked). Still, you did not pay taxi amount for 2 days. On day 3 when we have asked about the balance you were not agree to pay. & with the mutual discussion, our driver has dropped you at Thekkady hotel (not on the roads). Car has stop on road when you are going from Munnar to Thekkady and discussion was going on. After discussion, driver has dropped you at Thekkady hotel. You have told us that you will not pay any amount, we can stop the service. As per the discussion we have dropped you at Thekkady hotel and the service was fully stop. Dear Ms. Aditi, We are in service industry from last 15 years & know very well how to deal our clients. In your case, after taking the Maldives package you have stopped responding. More than 15 Days you have answered our call & said you have no time to talk. We think if you want to travel, then you have to respond in a positive way rather than saying like this. Trip crafter distribute the query with multiple agents & you got irritate from the calls We deal n number of clients on daily basis & if you have no time to talk then u have to say this politely. No one is snatching your money from your pocket but at least if someone has done work for you respect that thing once. Many persons think that if someone is dealing on call he will be definitely from a call center but it is not like that. Our executive has only said that if you don’t want to travel that is fine but at least reply once that you are interested or not for the package. Otherwise we’ll not do the unnecessary calls (follow up) to you & saying this is nothing wrong in it. Thanks Team of Aadam Holidays

Dear Mr. Jigar Joshi, We have given you our 2000% to satisfy you. Delhi to Manali is about 15-16 hours journey. You have booked your train tickets and you're coming Delhi at 10:00 AM according to you not with our schedule and we were also okay with this because at that time your plan was about that you were going to some Gujarati Dhaba in Delhi, Having your lunch and roaming Delhi by yourself & even you had plan to visit our office also. The Cab as per our commitment was at 4:00 PM. So when your date of travel was near you have started demanding that you need cab in the morning 10:00 AM because your stomach is totally burned (we have photos for that which you sent). Due to traffic issues in Haryana (which is clear to you a day before travel) cab was arrive at 7:00 PM to you. Natural calamities is not in our hand, Kindly read the package full details again & for the difference time we have given the Delhi hotel charges Rs.1500/- to you. Why you have not mentioned these things in the review About phone calls, if this media allow us to post screenshots we will definitely share that how many time you have called us and you know this thing very well whomever you have called in our office either on Mobile number and Landlines we have replied your every single call. & after these when you reached Manali, we have upgraded your room category from Super Deluxe to Luxury. We really given 2000% to satisfy you but your requirements never fulfilled for the whole journey. You also not ready to pay the tour package amount during the journey and want to take the services. We have your photos and videos and we know you were very happy with the trip but it is all about the money that you don't want to pay according to our policy. You want to pay after completing the trip. Book from anywhere you have to Pay first. Also you have told us that you have only 2 Year old kid, that is also a lie which you have said to us because you don't want to pay the child cost. we also said nothing about that. You were our reference guest but whatever you have written here is not the truth. We have your call recording, calls summaries, Whatsapp chats which proofs you wrong. So in this digital time requested you to not demean anyone. We are very loyal to our guest because we know someone is on holiday and making lifetime memories by trusting us. Respected Noorie Ma’am, We have read and analyzed your each & every issues during the trip. Regarding the vehicle and rude behavior of driver, we have forwarded your complaint to our transport manager. Ma'am we would like to inform you that If you told us on very first day about the vehicle issues of AC & vehicle not working at cochin airport, we could change the vehicle at that time but you did not called or message us (not even a single call) regarding this so we felt everything was going smoothly. But now you are complaining about the vehicle so how can we trust this because we have asked you about the services when you were in Munnar and you told us that everything is going good (vehicle & accommodation). Moreover, for the local sightseeing we had given the proper details in your itinerary, if the driver was not listening & misguiding as you have mentioned in your feedback. Our concern is that Ms. Mandeep was tour manager and you have to ask about the local sightseeing to her not to the driver. We have forwarded the complaint of driver to the transport manager and we will definitely take action on this. Regarding the houseboat, we would like to inform you that according to your booking & as per your request we have upgraded yourMunnar hotel and charged extra fees for hotel only & Houseboat was deluxe category as per your package. Yes, Houseboat is the main attraction of Kerala, as Ms. Madhu had suggested you. After reaching on houseboat you were asking for fully AC houseboat service but as per your package your houseboat was deluxe in which AC will work only 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This is to inform you that we have already upgraded your houseboat service from deluxe to luxury category. After reaching on houseboat you asked AC Services for 24 hours & we have given you the same as per your request without any additional charges as you are a valuable customer of our company and we do not want to loose you.
