Trip to Guwahati, Shillong, Cherrapunjee
We contact with 1 Step Solution before tour starts on 21.10.23. They booked hotel for us. I paid full amount before reaching shilong for request of Suvajit Bhadra. But he did not pay hotel charge. (Read More)On the returning to Guwahati on 26.10.2023 evening Mr. Raju Paharia who booked hotel for us demanding the unpaid amount to me. I paid Rs. 55,000 ( Rupees Fifty Five thousand ) to Raju Paharia. As Mr. Raju did not connect with Suvajit Bhadra he demand remaining Fifty thousand to me. He told me we could not leave Guwahati without pay the amount. I am quite upset in this incident. I faced trouble to arrange money. It’s more than 1.5 month..Still I didn’t get my refund even after continuous calls and messages…The owner Subhojit blocked me…If I don’t get my refund i am going to complaint in consumer forum
