- Child Ticket: Age 5-13
- Adult Ticket: Age 14-64
- Senior Ticket: Age 65+
- Infants aged 0-4 can enter the observatory for free
- Children aged 0-15 should be accompanied by an adult
- In case of zero-visibility weather, a voucher may be issued for each unused ticket, allowing for re-entry on another date and time within 14 days
- Late arrivals will be accommodated based on capacity, so you may be asked to wait until the next open time slot
- The Sky View Observatory is wheelchair and stroller accessible
- Personal use of tripods and selfie sticks are permitted in the Sky View Observatory
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Sky View Observatory
- Service animals are welcome in the Sky View Observatory. All other animals are not permitted
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere within the observatory
- Luggage cannot be accommodated in the observatory. Bags, backpacks, and packages should be no larger than 25” high, 17” wide, and 9" deep. The Sky View Observatory does not have lockers or storage facilities for your personal items
