- This ticket is priced for all ages
- If you would like to get a discounted ticket (senior ticket: EUR7.5), or free of charge ticket (student ticket/child ticket), you may purchase directly at the ticket office of Prado Museum. Tickets purchased on site, however, **will not** benefit from skip-the-line entry
- Audio guides are available for rent at an additional cost of EUR4 (Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician, German, Korean, Chinese, English, Italian, French, Japanese, Portuguese, and Russian)
- Food and drinks are not permitted inside the museum, except in the café
- The Museum is adapted for people with physical impairments, with the exception of certain areas connected to the Villanueva building that make adaptation difficult due to their design features
- Taking photographs or videos in the Museum galleries is **not** allowed
- Bags, backpacks or parcels larger than 40x40cm can be stored in the individual lockers or in the Cloakroom of the museum


- **Please note:** During peak period, you may experience a queue at the entrance, even if you bought a ticket online and it is skip the line
- To visit special temporary exhibitions you need to get a scheduled pass at the ticket office the same day that you are going to use your voucher
