- **Welcome drink:** Lemon Mint Cooler
- **Alternating Courses Of Mithaas (Sweet) And Kharaas (Savoury):** Kharak Halwa (A dry dates halwa and nobody makes this better than the Bohris), Smoked Chicken Kheema Samosa (Smoked chicken kheema, mixed with spring onions, green chillies, and coriander leaves, stuffed into homemade wheat flour pattis), Egg Custard (A Rizwana special! Custard milk mixed with egg and steamed with a caramelized top and served chilled) and Mutton Raan in Red Gravy (A leg of mutton marinated overnight in red masala and cooked to succulent perfection)
- **Main Course:** Gakhar and Ghost (Mini Wheat bread made with stiff dough of atta. Portions of the dough are rounded up and boiled and baked in oven and finished by tempering with pure ghee. It is similar to the batis made in Rajasthan. It is enjoyed with thick mutton gravy), Steamed Rice and Khichda (Wheat finely cooked with all types of lentils and mutton; garnished with caramelised onions, mint, and coriander leaves and tempered with hot pure ghee)
- **Accompaniments:** Green Chutney (Coriander and mint chutney to relish with the samosas), Kachumbar (Chopped veggies to give you company) and Matha (The Bohri version of buttermilk. A perfect way to bring a feast to closure)
