- **Welcome drink:** Homemade Mango Panna (a tangy drink made with raw mangoes and flavored with cumin powder and ginger)
- **Vegetarian main course:** Shukto (aromatic stew of seasonal vegetables cooking mustard oil), Begun Bhaja (slices of eggplant marinated in a batter and deep fried), Masoor Dal (split red lentils cooked with Panch Phoron (Bengali 5-spice) and mustard oil), Dhokar Dalna (lentils grinded and made into a batter to be steamed. This is then cubed, deep-fried and cooked in a gravy), Paach Torkari (a mix of seasonal vegetables tempered with cumin), and Sheddho Basmati Rice (typical Bengali rice)
- **Non-vegetarian main course:** Macher Jhol (classic Bengali fish curry made with freshwater fish) and Bengali Fish Fry (fish is fried with a marination of local spices)
- **Accompaniments:** Homemade Chutney and Gondho Lebu (a special type of lemon that is local to Kolkata)
- **Dessert:** Rosogulla (small chenna balls that are dipped and oozing with sugar syrup)
