  • In case of bad weather, the helicopter will not fly, and clients will be refunded ₹3,600 (the actual cost of the ticket).
  • No refund for missed helicopters due to late arrival or no-show.
  • Non-refundable if canceled within 0-7 days of departure.
  • VIP darshan may take 1-2 hours depending on the crowd (standard darshan takes 4-7 hours).
  • Physical presence required at the counter for assistance, which can take 1-2 hours.
  • Guests must report to SanjiChat Helipad by 3:45 PM for the return flight.
