BEWARE of these people Sharing travels.Writing this review after they didn't pass on the TCS benefit to me as per the deal.Transparency is missing. STAY AWAY from booking. MOHIT is the person with whom I dealt with.Now all false stories are being told. They will not pass on the 5% TCS benefit to customer on whole amount. My total package cost was 4.3 lakh but they passed TCS benefit only on 1 lakh (Read More) and now refusing to pass full benefit even though Income tax rule is very clear on this
Terrible experience with Sharing Travels! They misled us about TCS , and when we tried to claim a refund, instead of giving on full amount of 4.3 lakh they gave only on 1 lakh . Due to their negligence, we ended up losing more than ₹15,000. Unacceptable customer service and lack of accountability. Would strongly advise against using their services. Trip planning and execution was very good. Mohit is very responsive and always ready to assist. Overall Malaysia trip was awesome with private car. Thanks to Hira and Happy Singh from Malaysia. Singapore trip also be good experience.
Singapore travel agents are very time strict agent, if you are not on time you might miss the bus. My suggestion be their pick up point before time else you get trouble, rest all fine.

Done Singapore Private trip with my mom on wheelchair and my brother who is partial blind. MOHIT@The SHARING TRAVELS planned my trip according to my requirements and the most important was my Safety.. (Read More). Which he done very accurately and proper. But the team@RIDDHI who was guiding us on tour didn't care of my Safety as on 17th October Sight seeing Garden ByThe Bay, the pickup time was 8.15pm but driver ABHILASH asked me to leave light show in between and reach pickup point by 7.55 PM and come out at drop off point, Reached drop off point by 7.55 PM much before time but driver ABHILASH already parked car in queue at drop off point before reaching me and telling me come fast fast security is chasing me. mean while my brother somewhat missed us in crowd. For which I said driver ABHILASH let me see give me some time .... Driver said BIG NO ... Will not wait.... Do take Taxi and reach hotel. After that driver ABHILASH took my mother only to hotel... Leaving me on road. Driver ABHILASH can come with U - Turn too within time limit.... But NO... HE TOLD MY MOM IN CAR " I CAN'T DO U-TURN AND TIME OVER". Even told to my mom your daughter will come by Taxi. Time was 8.05 PM. Time over by 8.25PM. still lots of pickup time was there. Main thing is Why driver ABHILASH parked car in queue before reaching me at drop off point and then made Chaos.... Seems this Driver ABHILASH can't handle traffic too.... Driver ABHILASH should reach after reaching us at drop off point.... And then confirming by call Not before time n then create problem for me ... Which is not acceptable being a tourist Female client... SHARING TRAVELS told me that driver... after suggested time will wait for 10mins only ... after that will leave us n go... As need to pay him 70$ after that.... That Means after 8.25pm .... 70$.... .... Right ??? Now what about my extra payment done to taxi person as bcuz my allotted driver left me on road that TOO much before time.... ???? In that case i should get refund from you then... Also on 15th October, Driver IRFANN too dint completed my Singapore city tour.... Being your Tourist Client where is the safety for me .... After leaving me on road....??? Much before time... ??? Being taken Private tour still left me on road .... No fault of mine... No respect for my safety.... RIDDHI@SHARING TRAVELS only supporting drivers Only ... If no client then what drivers will do...??? Drivers got payment only after I paid for Private trip.
