Day 1 Ho Chi Minh Arrival - Half Day City Tour

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, meet your private transfer and check into your hotel in District 1 or 3. In the afternoon, embark on a half-day city tour covering Saigon’s historic landmarks such as the Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum, the exterior of the Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, and Ben Thanh Market. You’ll also pass by the Opera House, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee building, and stroll along Nguyen Hue Walking Street, capturing the vibrant energy of this dynamic city.

Today, explore the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels, an extensive underground network built by Viet Cong soldiers during the Vietnam War. Watch an introductory documentary, crawl through tunnel sections, and discover hidden bunkers, meeting rooms, field hospitals, and weapons storage areas. See the clever “Hoang Cam” smokeless kitchen, marvel at bomb craters, and examine wartime traps and relics. Set off on a full-day excursion to My Tho, the gateway to the Mekong Delta. Cruise along the river and explore the famous Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise, and Phoenix Islands. Thanks for a wonderful trip. The only suggestions is you need to explain the available options before yourself booking. Like we were booked for 124th floor trip to Bhurj but there was option for 148 a (Read More)nd 154th floor. So need to say both... and also the parks at Abu dabi. If there are more then we would have extended out stay. Overall where ever we went hand good time. The local transport arranged was spot on. Definitely go for travelling agents.
