Day 1 Arrival at Jammu and Transfer to Katra
  • Arrive in Jammu in the morning.
  • Meet and get assistance on arrival.
  • Proceed straight to Katra by car which is around 40 km from Jammu city.
  • Arrive in Katra and check in at the hotel.
  • Spend the day at leisure.
  • Overnight stay at Katra.
  • In the early morning, proceed to Vaishnodevi Shrine (approx. 13 km trek).
  • One can trek up to the Shrine if the fitness permits; otherwise, pony or palanquins are available at an extra cost. You can also take a helicopter that is available until Sanjhi Chat (2 km before Bhawan).
  • Arrive at Vaishnodevi Bhawan.
  • Wash and change before the darshan.
  • After Mata Vaishnodevi Darshan, proceed for Bhaironji Darshan (optional).
  • Return to the hotel in Katra.
  • Overnight stay at Katra.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for Jammu.
  • Arrive in Jammu and explore this beautiful capital of Jammu & Kashmir state.
  • Free time for shopping.
  • Later transfer to Jammu airport/railway station for your onward journey with sweet memories.

What's Good: I really enjoyed how well-organized the trip was. Kamaha vacations took care of all the details, from airport transfers to hotel bookings and guided tours. It made the entire exper (Read More)ience stress-free. I also appreciated the knowledgeable local guides they provided—they gave us deeper insight into Thai culture and history.Everything ran smoothly, and I felt like I was able to truly relax and enjoy Thailand without worrying about logistics.
What's Not Good: Overall, the trip was enjoyable. The resorts although 5*, it had chances of serving better. The location of the hotels were good but could have been better as well.That said, I still appreciated the overall planning and support from the agency.
