Day 1 Arrival in Chennai
- On arrival in Chennai, you will meet our representative.
- Transfer to the hotel and check in.
- In the afternoon, proceed for half-day sightseeing in Chennai.
- Visit National Art Gallery, Fort Museum, San Thome Cathedral, and drive past Marina Beach.
- Return to the hotel.
- Overnight stay at Chennai.
Day 2 Chennai to Pondicherry
- After breakfast, drive to Pondicherry.
- On arrival at Pondicherry, check-in at the hotel.
- Later, proceed sightseeing.
- Visit Auroville, Aurobindo Ashram, Government Museum, and the beach that runs along the city.
- Return to the hotel.
- Overnight stay at Pondicherry.
Day 3 Pondicherry Sightseeing
- After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Pondicherry.

Day 4 Pondicherry to Thanjavur

Day 5 Thanjavur to Tiruchirapalli

- Later, visit Srirangam temple and Rock fort temple.
- If time permits, explore some rarely visited ancient sites near Tiruchi, such as Moovar Koil Temple at Kodumbalur, ancient cave temples of the Jains at Sittannavasal, and Pudukottai.

Day 6 Tiruchirapalli to Madurai
- After breakfast, proceed for the day excursion to Karaikudi and then drive to Madurai.
- At Karaikudi, visit its fortress-like homes, and temples. the palaces and mansions.
- Afterwards, drive to Madurai.
- On arrival at Madurai, check in to the hotel.
- Overnight stay at Madurai.
Day 7 Madurai to Rameshwaram
- In the early morning, check out from the hotel.
- Proceed to Rameswaram
- On arrival check in to the hotel.
- After freshening up, visit Pamban Bridge, Rama Theertham, Lakshman Theertham, Sita Theertham, Pamban Bridge, Kentha Patha Parvath, Panch Muki Hanuman Temple, Sri Ramachandra Temple (Floating Stone).
- Overnight stay at Rameswaram.
Day 8 Rameshwaram to Kanyakumari
- In the early morning, visit Mandir for Sphatik Shivaling Darshan and have a bath in the 22 teerthams (wells).
- Visit Ramanathaswamy temple (bath in 22 wells), Agni Theertham (sea bath)
- Check out from the hotel in Rameswaram.
- Proceed to Kanyakumari.
- En route visit Madurai.
- Visit local temples like Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple, Azhagar Kovil, Mariamman Tank, Thiruparankundram, Gandhi Museum Thirumalai Nayak Palace.
- On arrival in Kanyakumari, check in to the hotel.
- Overnight stay at Kanyakumari.
Day 9 Departure
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
- Depart to Trivandrum airport for your onward journey back home.

The first person who is related to Yatri, Varanasi met on 20th Oct was Mr Sonu, (Read More)Driver at Varanasi Airport. Almost for the entire day through some hours of the night also he spent his time with us. As more than a driver he is a very good tourist guide. The hotels in which we stayed, from where we had our lunch or other food items all had very good liaison with Mr Sonu. More than the other persons like wheelchair walas, guides, poojaries etc. etc. he keeps very good relationship. The cleanliness in all restaurants is of high order. regularly supplied ingredient in any time food, which is not very palatable to all of us.
The food that we had from any hotel for that matter was very good except for Paneer was a regular supplied.
Overall the percentage of marks the whole set of people who provided the service was of high rank, say 80-85%. We will remember you throughout and also recommend other known tourist to contact when needed. We all wish the team of yaatri be the best tour operators in your region.
The bed materials like blankets were not of good standard in some hotel-rooms.
