Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Delhi
- On arrival at the airport in Delhi, transfer to the hotel and check-in.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 Delhi to Haridwar to Rishikesh
- In the morning, take an AC Train for Haridwar at 06:55 am.
- Upon arrival at Haridwar, transfer to Rishikesh and check in to the hotel.
- The evening is free to do your own activities.
- Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 Rishikesh to Joshimath
- After an early breakfast, drive to Joshimath via Devprayag.
- On the way, visit Devprayag where Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers meet.
- Arrive at Joshimath by evening.
- Transfer to the hotel and check-in.
- Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 Joshimath to Govind Ghat to Ghangaria
- After an early breakfast, drive to Govindghat, starting point of the trek.
- From Govindghat there is a gradual ascent along a well-maintained pilgrim trail to Ghangaria.
- Upon arrival at Ghangaria, check in to the hotel.
- In the evening, explore the surroundings.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 Ghangaria to Valley Of Flowers to Ghangaria
- After breakfast, trek to Valley of Flowers (3858 m) from Ghangaria.
- The valley is 10 km long, 2 km wide, and is divided by the Pushpawati stream into which several tiny streams and waterfalls merge.
- Enjoy the beauty of the valley.
- Trek back to Ghangaria.
- Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6 Ghangaria to Hemkund Sahib to Ghangaria
- After breakfast trek to Hemkund Sahib (4329 m) from Ghangaria. This is quite a steep climb.
- Late in the afternoon, trek back to Ghangaria.
- Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7 Ghangaria to Govind Ghat to Srinagar
- After an early breakfast, trek down to Govind Ghat.
- From Govind Ghat drive to Srinagar via Joshimath, Chamoli & Rudraprayag.
- On arrival in Srinagar, check in to the hotel.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8 Srinagar to Haridwar to Delhi
- After breakfast, drive to Haridwar.
- En-route have lunch.
- From Haridwar catch the AC train for Delhi at 06:10 pm.
- Arrive at Delhi by 10:45 pm.
- Transfer to the hotel and check-in.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 9 Departure
- In the morning, transfer to the airport to board the flight for your onward journey back home.
Package Policies
- AC train from Delhi to Haridwar & back.
- Transfer from Haridwar to Gangotri & back by private car or mini-coach or tempo traveller as per group size in non-ac.
- Accommodation in Delhi, Rishikesh, Joshimath, Ghangaria (camp/hotel) & Srinagar on a twin sharing basis with bed and breakfast.
- While on trek (Ghangaria) all meals will be provided. The food would be a mix of Indian, Chinese & continental.
- Mules/porters for carrying some amount of personal gear of the clients (one bag not weighing more than 13 kgs).
- A professional trekking guide would accompany the group from Delhi.
- Entry fee for the park
- Enroute meal.
- Any charges for carrying still/video cameras etc.
- Alcohol, soft drinks, bottled water, beverages, etc.

The trip itinerary is well planned . The coach journeys were comfortable. The to (Read More)ur manager has been very cordial and helpful throughout the trip.
The food was too spicy at few restaurants causing stomach problems. Also the hot (Read More)el accommodation at Zurich and Frankfurt were having very little space to move around. The same needs to be improved.

The trip commencing from Delhi on 20.9.2019 to Vienna. From there to Budapest, Bratislava, Prague, Lauf, Wurzburg, Frankfurt and back to Delhi on 27.9.2019 was (Read More)excellent as regards direct flight, pickup, hotels, food, transport, guides, sightseeing, free time and expenses. Travelopack since inception, visa, ticketing, payments, cooperation, coordination and enquiries of well being while abroad was very very good in all respects. Gunjan and Hitesh were too good. Look forward to further trips and recommend others to avail their services.
