Day 1 Arrive in Athens
  • Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred by private taxi to your hotel.
  • Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
  • Overnight in Athens
  • After breakfast, proceed for Athens city tour on SIC basis (seat in coach)
  • See the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held. Continue and pass by the Prime Minister’s residence (ex. Royal Palace), the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the Constitution Square (Syntagma). On the Acropolis, visit the Architectural Masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion. Continue and visit the new Acropolis museum.
  • Post tour, return to your hotel
  • Overnight stay in Athens hotel
  • Pick up in the morning from the hotel and transfer to Piraeus port.
  • Sailing to Santorini.
  • Arriving in Santorini and transfer to hotel.
  • Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
  • Overnight in Santorini.
  • After breakfast, pick up for a cruise to the caldera and its hot springs.
  • During this tour, you will have the unique chance to visit the active volcano of Santorini, walk on dried lava up to its peak, feel the heat underneath your feet and see the steam of sulphuric gases emerging.
  • Next, you will sail to the thermal springs, where you can dive or step down into the blue waters to swim towards the springs (35-36 C).
  • Last, you will visit the traditional sister island of Santorini, Thirassia, where you can swim, go up to the village, relax, and have something to eat.
  • Return to your hotel.

We visited Amsterdam, Paris and Switzerland in this family trip. Tour was well organized by Make My Trip. Tour guide Ronnie was excellent. Time management was g (Read More)ood. All the days we could get Indian Food atleast once in a day. Only weak point was vary small rooms for stay. Overall a wonderful tour.
