Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Athens
  • Arrive at Athens Airport.
  • Get Driven to the Hotel directly
  • Check in to the hotel
  • Overnight stay in Hotel.
  • After breakfast in the hotel, proceed for a half-day city tour of Athens, including the Acropolis- The Acropolis Museum is an archaeological museum built to house every artefact found on the rock and the surrounding slopes, from the Greek Bronze Age to Roman and Byzantine Greece. Here we’ll see the Panathenaic Stadium, where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (shortstop).
  • Continue and pass by the Prime Minister’s residence (Ex-Royal Palace) guarded by the Evzones in their colourful uniform.
  • The Temple of Olympian Zeus, also known as the Olympieion or Columns of the Olympian Zeus, is a former colossal temple at the centre of the Greek capital Athens.
  • The Arch of Hadrian, most commonly known in Greek as Hadrian’s Gate, is a monumental gateway resembling – in some respects – a Roman triumphal arch.
  • The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier is a war memorial.
  • The Academy of Athens is Greece’s national academy and the highest research establishment in the country.
  • Syntagma Square is the central square of Athens.
  • Overnight stay in Athens.
  • Post breakfast, check out from the hotel 
  • Transfer to the Piraeus port for your ferry embarkation to Mykonos Island.
  • Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and check in.
  • Later, proceed to Paradise Beach on an organised tour and later enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Alternatively, head to The Windmills (Kato Myli) on our own.
  • There are 16 windmills in total, and while they are no longer operational, they stand as a monument to early innovation.

  • Enjoy breakfast and later free time to explore Mykonos and enjoy shopping.
  • Famous for its fashionable crowd, Mykonos is the kind of place where you can go shopping at midnight. Chora's maze-like streets are filled with posh clothing boutiques and little shops run by old ladies clad in black selling chunky wool sweaters and Greek sandals.
  • Overnight stay at Mykonos.
  • Post breakfast, transfer to the port of Mykonos for your ferry trip to Santorini Island.
  • The remaining time is at leisure to explore the island accompanied by tour managers and admire the breath-taking view and take some amazing photos.
  • Overnight stay at Santorini Island.
  • Enjoy breakfast and later time at leisure to enjoy shopping in Santorini.
  • Santorini is a fun place to shop. Small boutiques dot the villages that sit on the cliff. In the summer months, they are open until quite late.

  • Post breakfast, check out and take a flight back home and our trip ends here.

The trip commencing from Delhi on 20.9.2019 to Vienna. From there to Budapest, Bratislava, Prague, Lauf, Wurzburg, Frankfurt and back to Delhi on 27.9.2019 was excellent as regards direct flight, pick (Read More)up, hotels, food, transport, guides, sightseeing, free time and expenses. Travelopack since inception, visa, ticketing, payments, cooperation, coordination and enquiries of well being while abroad was very very good in all respects. Gunjan and Hitesh were too good. Look forward to further trips and recommend others to avail their services.

had a really nice trip. the hotels were very nice and most importantly centrally located - easy access to markets, stations the trip was customized to be accommodated in our budget
