Payment Terms:
  • 30% deposit of the land package at the time of confirmation.
  • Full advance payment for airline tickets or train tickets at the time of confirmation.
  • 50% of the ground services amount due 45 days before the travel date.
  • 20% remaining payment due 21 days before departure.
Booking and Registration Policy:
  • A 30% deposit per person for any international or domestic travel is required to process any booking.
  • The balance will be as per the payment terms and conditions stated above.
  • A copy of the client's PAN card is mandatory for any booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you are required to cancel your holiday due to unavoidable circumstances, please inform us in writing via email or the company's registered whatsapp number.
  • There will be a 100% cancellation fee if the booked cruise is canceled.
  • As per the booking conditions of the holiday, the following cancellation charges will apply:
  • Full cancellation of flights and visa fees.
  • If canceled 45 days before the date of travel, a full refund will be provided after deducting an administration fee of INR 10,000 per person for international travel and INR 5,000 per person for domestic travel.
  • Non-refundable hotels and services will not be refunded.
  • Apartment cancellation terms will be communicated separately at the time of confirmation of the apartment.
  • 25% cancellation fee if canceled between 45 to 30 days from the date of travel.
  • 50% cancellation fee if canceled between 30 to 21 days from the date of travel.
  • 100% cancellation fee if canceled within 21 days from the date of travel.
  • In case of international travel, if the visa is denied, only INR 20,000 will be charged as administration fees along with the visa fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you. However, if this falls within the cancellation period, the cancellation policy will also apply.
  • If airline tickets are issued, they will be refunded within 30 to 45 working days as per the cancellation terms. However, if this falls within the cancellation period, the cancellation policy will also apply.
  • Any refunds will be processed by cheque or bank transfer only.
  • Once a train ticket is issued, the amount is non-refundable.
  • If the passenger cancels their trip during the tour, no refund will be given.
  • The passenger must make their own arrangements for the return journey.
