Good customer service and suggestions from the Bharat journey representative. 1. Sea Lord hotel @ kochi - need to improve the conditions of rooms (bit smelly (Read More)when I enter the rooms) and aircon condition must be improve as well. 2. House boat and transportation at allepy looks high price compared to local price. Please look into that area.
