Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive at Manali
  • Arrive in Manali where support staff will meet and transfer to hotel.
  • After refreshments, debriefing.
  • Drive to Old Manali for an early dinner.
  • Return to the Hotel for the night.
  • Start from Manali at 5.00 AM.
  • Cross Rohtang La to Lahaul.
  • Visit Keylong, Jispa, Darcha, Lake Deepak taal and Lake Suraj taal.
  • Later, cross Baralacha La to Sarchu for overnight stay.
  • Register at Sarchu check point.
  • Go through Baralacha La, Gata Loops, Skyangchu Thang/ Moore Plains, Nakee La, Lachulung La, Taglang La and Indus Valley.
  • Visit Hemis National Park and Hemis monastery on the way.
  • Overnight stay at Leh.
  • Spend the day at leisure at Leh.
  • Go sightseeing to Leh Fort, Tsemo Palace, Stok Kangri Peak, Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace
  • Overnight stay at Leh.
  • Leave Leh to Turtuk.
  • Ride over the famed Khardung La.
  • Visit Diskit Monastery in the Nubra Valley, Lachung Temple and Hundar Monastery.
  • Enjoy a Bactrian camel safari at Nubra Valley.
  • Overnight stay in Turtuk.
  • Travel from Turtuk to Pangong Tso Lake.
  • Cross Hundar, Shyok Village, Durbuk, Tangste and Lukung on the way.
  • If time permits, stop by Marisimek La. 
  • Overnight stay in deluxe tent.
  • After breakfast, depart from Pangong
  • Pass through Chang La on the way.
  • Overnight stay in Ladakh
  • Leave from Rumtse in the morning.
  • Cross Taglang La once again to reach Jispa.
  • Overnight stay in Lahaul
  • Leave for Manali in the morning.
  • Pass through Rohtang La.
  • Reach Manali by afternoon.
  • Later, drive to Old Manali for a celebratory dinner in the town.

What's Good: The car, driver n guide were very good.itinery also good
What's Not Good: We paid 45000/ extra for 4 star hotels.but in phuentsilong they gave us 3 star hotels on 1st day (Read More) n last day.Accordingly to me they charged 10000 more, which is not fair.
