Day 1 Arrive in Srinagar - Houseboat Experience on Dal Lake
- Guests will arrive at Srinagar Airport as per their Scheduled flight.
- Upon arrival, they will meet the tour manager at the airport and proceed to the hotel.
- Today, experience a stay at the floating boats, famously known as Kashmiri Houseboats which are designed with the local interiors.
- HIGHLIGHTS- Kashmiri Houseboats, Night Stay in Srinagar (Houseboat), Dinner and Hi-Tea with Pakodas in House Boat.
Day 2 Transfer to Pahalgam - Saffron Fields and Valley Delights
- Today, proceed to Pahalgam.
- En-route view the Saffron fields at Pampore.
- Then we take a photo stop at Apple Valley and Walnut Plantations
- In the evening we enjoy a short Meet & Greet session.

Day 3 Exploring Pahalgam - Valley Walks and Snowy Adventures
- Today, enjoy a Walk & Click tour of Aru valley, Photo stop at Betaab valley.
- Later we spend some time playing in the snow at Chandawari.
- We have free time to stroll on the Mall road of Pahalgam in the evening.

Day 4 Visit Avantipur Ruins and Cricket Bat Factory En Route to Gulmarg
- Today we proceed to Gulmarg.
- En route, visit Avantipur ruins and Kashmiri Cricket Bat Factory.
- Upon arrival, we have free time to relax and explore the surroundings
- HIGHLIGHTS- Avantipur ruins, Cricket Bat Factory, Night Stay in Gulmarg, Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner, Tea/Coffee and Kashmiri biscuits at Avantipur ruins, Tea/ Coffee at Bat factory, Tea/Coffee and two dry snacks en route to Gulmarg.
Day 5 Gandola Ride and Snow Adventure in Gulmarg
- Today, proceed to Gulmarg – ‘Meadow of Flowers.
- Enjoy the famous Gondola ride (one of the highest in the world) to the second phase, Apharwat point.
- Later enjoy, play and have a fun time in Snow. Also, one can take up skiing and snowboarding activities (at own cost).
- Further, we proceed to Sonmarg – The meadow of gold.
- HIGHLIGHTS- Excursion to Gulmarg, Gondola ride to the second phase, Night Stay in Sonmarg, Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner, Tea/ Coffee/ Soft Drink and two dry snacks at Tanmarg, Coffee at Khilanmarg, Tea/Coffee/ Soft Drink Enroute to Sonmarg
Day 6 Sonmarg Exploration and Journey to Kargil
- Today, visit Sonmarg. It mesmerizes tourists with its natural beauty.
- Enjoy horse riding, fishing, and skiing (On your own).
- Later, proceed to Kargil. We should reach Kargil by evening.
- Overnight stay at Kargil.
- Upon arrival Check into the hotel and relax after breakfast, proceed towards Kargil.
- En route, we will cross the famous Zojila pass, Drass Village (2nd coldest inhabited place in the world), and have a magnificent view of the famous peaks of the Kargil war (Tiger, Tololing) from the Vijay war memorial Hall.
- If Sonmarg is closed due to safety/ climatic issues, we will visit Yusmarg.
- HIGHLIGHTS- visit Sonmarg, Night Stay in Kargil, Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner, Ice Cream at Sonmarg, Tea/Coffee and one dry snack en route to Kargil.
Day 7 Kargil Sightseeing Tour - Return to Srinagar
- After breakfast, proceed for Kargil Sightseeing.
- Later, continue the journey to Srinagar.
- En route, we will cross the famous Zojila pass, Drass Village (2nd coldest inhabited place in the world), and have a magnificent view of the famous peaks of the Kargil war (Tiger, Tololing)
- HIGHLIGHTS- visit Kargil, Night Stay in Srinagar, Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner, Maggi with Tea / Coffee at Kargil (if Operational), Tea/Coffee and one dry snack en route to Srinagar.
Day 8 Srinagar Sightseeing - Hill Treks and Lake Rides
- Today, enjoy a small Trek to Shankaracharya Hill followed by the iconic Shikara ride at Dal Lake.
- Later visit Char Chinar Island and click photographs in colourful Kashmiri outfits (at your own cost).
- Further, we enjoy a Speed boat ride in Dal Lake.
- Then we enjoy nature time and a photography tour at the lush green Kashmiri gardens – Shalimar & Nishat Bagh. (Note: During the Tulip season, we will visit the Tulip Garden as additional sightseeing in our itinerary.)
- HIGHLIGHTS- Shankaracharya Hill, Shikara ride at Dal Lake, Char Chinar Island, Speed boat ride, Kashmiri gardens – Shalimar & Nishat Bagh, Night Stay in Srinagar, Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner, Kahwa – A Kashmiri Tea at Char Chinar island, Chocolates at Shankaracharya hill, Chips during Shikara ride, Tea/ Coffee at Shalimar Bagh, Popcorn/ Bhutta at Nishat Baug.
Day 9 Depart from Srinagar
- It’s time now to say goodbye to our travel companions.
- Tour Guests will proceed to Srinagar airport as per their scheduled flight and start their return journey home. Tour ends.

Hotel selections were impressive: Hotel Sea View at Kanyakumari offered breathtaking sunrise views and delicious food. Hotel Germanus in Madurai, Hotel Soma Palmshore in Kovalam, and Hotel Taika in Rameshwaram provided pleasant stays with good food and courteous staff.
The houseboat experience was outstanding, with mouth-watering local cuisine, including an unforgettable fish fry. However, hot water for bathing was not available.
Some valuable tips for future travelers: verify temple timings and dress code regulations in advance to optimize your itinerary. Ladies can find lovely, affordable sarees and dress materials. Engaging local drivers or guides can also enhance your experience.

Had a great vacation and thanks to Rishi and team for arranging it. the itinerary covered all the good places and hotels was good as well. Special mention to ou (Read More)r driver dada (Venkatesh) who really took care of our trip. Rishi was very helpful from the beginning and till the end of the trip. Hope to have more collaboration in 2025.
Only one disappointment was Hotel Lake View which wasn't up to mark. It lacked basic amenities and is quite money oriented.
